Before you ask.

  • We start with a 30-minute free discovery call: we listen to the need, check fit, and outline the next steps. If there's mutual trust, we move on to a structured discovery phase, at the end of which you receive a fixed proposal.

  • The exact timeline is locked in contract after the discovery phase — until then, scope and integrations dictate the schedule. Indicative ranges: an SMB landing 1-2 weeks, a webshop 2-6 weeks (complexity-dependent), a customer portal 4-8 weeks.

  • Development starts with a planning phase: during discovery, we map the business processes, specify the features, and outline the user interface. Based on this, we provide a fixed cost and timeline. Simpler systems are completed in 2-3 months, more complex custom software in 4-10 months. The precise estimate comes at the end of the planning phase.

  • We provide a fixed price after the discovery phase — beforehand only indicative ranges are possible, because scope determines value, not a rate card. For web projects (landing, company website, webshop, web app), the price calculator on our web development page gives you an indicative range in 60 seconds. For SAP/ERP projects we work on a day rate or project basis. During discovery we map the actual needs, and from there we proceed with a fixed price.

  • Scope changes are natural — that's why we work with change requests. We document the requested change in writing, prepare an impact analysis (time + cost), and only proceed after your approval. The original contract and any changes remain fully transparent throughout.

  • We don't take on game development (others do it better), pure hosting-only mandates, or illegal / ethically problematic projects. For everything else — including WordPress and other CMS-based solutions — we'll provide a proposal once the scope is clear.

  • We speak Hungarian and English both in person and in writing. For written communication (email, documentation, code comments), any language is available — our AI tools handle translation and technical terminology reliably.
