Let's talk
MVP development

From zero to live in 8-14 weeks

Next.js stack with auth, payment, analytics and deploy. By week eight your real users — not a demo environment — are testing it.

When

When the MVP package fits

  • You need to validate fast

New product idea, and you want to know if people pay for it. Eight weeks is short. Six months is far too long.

  • You need an internal tool

An Excel workflow has outgrown itself. A web app would help, but you don't have an in-house frontend team. Eight weeks and it's live.

  • Stalled project

Another vendor has been promising delivery for six months. You replace them and restart from zero in MVP form. Faster than recovery.

  • Scaling a prototype

You have something working in Bubble or Webflow, but you've hit its limits. We rewrite it on a production-ready stack.

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Discovery

One to two weeks locking scope: feature list, design, integrations. Build phase is fixed-price.

  2. 02

    Sprint 1

Setup, auth, data model and 2-3 key features. Live preview at the end of week two.

  3. 03

    Sprint 2-3

Remaining features, payments, analytics and polish. Weekly demos, fortnightly UAT.

  4. 04

    Launch

Production deploy, monitoring setup, handover doc. 30 days of hyper-care.

Output

MVP build deliverables

  • Production-ready Next.js stack in your own repository (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or self-hosted VCS)
  • Auth flow (email plus OAuth providers of your choice)
  • Payment integration (Stripe or a Hungarian provider)
  • Analytics and monitoring (Plausible / PostHog plus Sentry)
  • Admin dashboard for the key metrics
  • Onboarding doc, decision log and architecture diagram
  • 30-day post-launch hyper-care

Stack

  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind v4
  • Supabase / Neon

FAQ

Frequently asked

  • Yours, from day one. The full source code lands in your own version control system — GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or self-hosted, whichever you use. You're the owner, we're the developers. Every commit, branch, and pull request stays with you. On launch day, you also receive a structured hand-over document (architecture diagram, decision log, deployment instructions), so if another team picks it up tomorrow, they can take over smoothly. Zero vendor lock-in.

  • The 8-10 week MVP scope is a focused effort: a production-ready web application with auth flow, payment, analytics, and key features. What does NOT fit: training your own AI models (LLM integration — e.g., OpenAI, Claude API — is included, but custom model training is a separate scope), true real-time multi-user synchronization (e.g., collaborative editing), native iOS/Android apps (the React Native-based solution is in the MVP Plus package), enterprise-grade SAP/ERP system integrations. These come back either in a follow-up iteration or as a separate project scope. At the end of the discovery phase we map out exactly what fits and what doesn't.

  • Because in an MVP, speed and reliability matter — not trendy tech. Next.js is a production-tested framework: full-stack TypeScript, server-side rendering, fast deployment to any platform, built-in SEO support. A unified language (TypeScript on front and backend) accelerates development and reduces bug surface. The community and component ecosystem are large, so you don't have to build everything from scratch. If a different stack makes more sense for your project (e.g., Django for a data-focused backend, Rails for a classic CRUD app, or Go for a high-throughput service), we discuss it in the discovery phase and recommend the best fit. We don't dogmatically stick to one technology.

  • During the 30 days of hyper-care following launch, we fix any functional bugs free of charge, review monitoring and analytics data together, and if real users use something differently than expected, we respond jointly. This isn't a 'leave you to fate' period — it's active stabilization. After 30 days, three typical directions: (1) your team continues independently based on the hand-over document; (2) we propose specific features with fixed pricing, and we do the work; (3) you move into a continuous retainer with a monthly hour budget and priority queue. The source code and all documentation stay with you throughout — no vendor lock-in.
