But these are averages — a CRUD-heavy backend may yield 80%+ speed gains, while an already well-optimized system might see 15-20%. We only quote concrete numbers after benchmarking, because without it there's no realistic promise — only marketing. At the end of the audit, you see exactly which bottleneck yields what.

  • Our core expertise is the JavaScript / TypeScript ecosystem: Node.js, Next.js, Express, Fastify, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch — here we have senior-level experience and benchmark knowledge. We've also worked on Python-Django, Ruby on Rails, Go microservice, and Java-Spring projects — we can audit these and provide architectural recommendations, but deep implementation on these stacks requires a longer ramp-up. During discovery we determine whether our experience is the best fit for your stack, or whether you should look elsewhere — we don't commit to projects where we're not the best team for the job.

  • Typically no. Modern release strategies — feature-flag-based deployment (LaunchDarkly, Unleash, or self-hosted), blue-green release, canary deploy, zero-downtime DB migration (expand-contract pattern) — are baseline for us. A refactor or infra migration happens without end users noticing anything. There are exceptions: large database schema changes (tables with millions of rows), breaking external API contracts, or systems without feature-flag infrastructure. In these cases, a brief (1-2 hour) maintenance window may be needed, which we plan in advance and schedule for off-peak hours (typically overnight).

  • Yes, and it's the default. In scaling projects, it's critical that your team picks up the know-how — otherwise after the first release you're back where you started. Pair programming on key code sections, detailed code review on every pull request, shared decision log (why we did it this way, what we considered), weekly tech sync with your team. At the end of the project we hold knowledge-transfer sessions on key areas (architecture, monitoring, deployment process). The goal is to eliminate dependency: if you switch partners tomorrow, your team confidently moves forward.
